Fruit can cause bloating due to fermentation. If you eat fruit after a carbohydrate rich meal the fruit sits on top of the carbohydrates and the sugars ferment causing gurgling and bloating. Here are some tips to reduce the uncomfortable feeling.

    • Stomach massage
    • Chill out tea
    • Hot water bottle
    • abdominal breath breathing into the area that is bloated
    • Yoga asanas

Eat fruit before meals, ideally on their own.
