Cocaine is the most acceptable drug in todays culture. Cocaine fuels conversation and can help confidence momentarily, through creating a false sense of self. It gives light to the alter ego.
In a spiritually constipated world, cocaine is one of the easiest yet most expensive survival mechanisms around.
Our Real Naturo mission is to bring back consciousness. For people to take their power back in terms of health and happiness. Often those that remember how to be conscious, act in very unconscious ways to get there. We see this a lot in party places like Ibiza either through those stuck in the new age movement or those on the cocaine fuelled lifestyle. It is normal for one to indulge in a behavioural pattern at either extreme end of the spectrum before balancing out into healthy living. Neither behaviour is right or wrong they are simply coping mechanisms. A necessary step for many, when stepping outside of complacency. However these coping mechanism don’t allow for integration of the true self.
‘The work‘ is designed to awaken all that is not conscious. for everything else there is herbal medicine.
What does coke do to your nose?
Alongside deep unhappiness from alterations to dopamine pathways, one of the most significant long-term effects of cocaine use is damage to the nose and reoccurring nasal infections.
Cocaine shuts off the blood supply to the nose, causing vasoconstriction of the blood vessels. Thus compromising the delivery of oxygen to the tissues of the septum, that piece of cartilage in the middle of your shnoz. This eventually results in cartilage death and a hole occuring in the septum(middle of the nose). The septum holds the nose together. When this falls apart, the nose collapses.
Signs that you are burning a whole through the middle of your nose with cocoaine are:
If you have any of the signs above then you risk septal perforation.
Treat any underlying infection with Naturo herbal formulas. You will need to speak with a practitioner for this. Book an appointment.
Restore the cartilage. Herbal medicines that repair the cartilage are
- Gotu kola
Increase oxygenation to vasculature. Herbal medicines to increase oxygenation;
- Ginkgo biloba
- Green tea
Preventative measures are always better than curative medicine. Daily application of coconut oil with a couple of drops of tea tree or lavender essential oil helps to prevent infection.
If you have an infection you need some hard core antimicrobials (hydrastis canedensis) and vasoconstrictors (capsella bursa) to stop the bleeding. Also the tannins in a tea bag can stop the bleeding if light. Best to use green tea as the antioxidants will reduce infection. But remember it’s not practical or socially acceptable (no matter how high you are) to walk around with a tea bag up your nose, so seek one of our experts for an antimicrobial herbal extract and go to your GP to get it checked out, errr as soon as possible.
Naturo Herbal medicines can also treat the cocaine associated nasal damage below:.
- Epistaxis (nosebleeds)
- Chronic Infections
- Anosmia (Loss of Smell)
- Nasal Deformity
- Allergy Exacerbation
- Social Isolation
- Low self-esteem
Herbal medicines are smart. The active chemicals in the plants work synergistically. Meaning that the above medicines mentioned will not only repair the nasal septum. But also support the microcirculation in the brain for other cocaine associated disease such as neural damage and aneurysms.
Why do these physical injuries occur?
Lack of oxygen injures the lining making it more susceptible to infection. When the lining is damaged, it will break down, causing nosebleeds.
The most important thing in the treatment of nasal injuries is stopping the use of cocaine. This allows the blood vessels to recover, which will allow the lining to recover.
Cocaine habits, alike many new-age concepts keep people in denial by a false sense of connection. So if you want to stop using, first you must form a strong connection outside of the drug or concept. Connect to self, to the earth and to source. Presence practices such as those in our free ‘The work’ program assist this connection and help you to get real.
